“鬼来电”悄悄在高校学生中蔓延开来，一旦接到鬼来电，必然在电话所预言的时间内悲惨死去。由美（柴咲コウ饰）的好友阳子、研二、夏美先后惨死，由美有心挽救好友们的生命，却爱莫能助。
